Etihad Launches Flights From Abu Dhabi to Europe's Wealthiest City
Home to over a hundred castles, Luxembourg is one of the richest—and smallest—countries in the world.
Starting October 29th, 2026, Etihad will begin flying from Abu Dhabi to Luxembourg, the tiny, picturesque country with the highest GDP per capita in Europe.
This new direct flight will operate three times weekly aboard Etihad's Airbus A321LR planes, accommodating passengers in First Class suites, lie-flat business seats, and in economy class.
One of the smallest countries in Europe, Luxembourg is home to over one hundred castles in its mountains and valleys, as well a UNESCO-listed old town in the heart of the capital.
Etihad will become the first Middle Eastern airline to fly to Luxembourg, unlocking new opportunities for travels from the region for tourism and business.
