This move expands Qatar Airways' reach to nearly 50 European destinations, enhancing travel options for passengers from regions including Australia, China, India, Japan, and the Philippines.
Offering transit through Hamad International Airport—voted the World’s Best Airport in 2024—travellers can now journey to Malta’s iconic sites such as Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage City, and the picturesque islands of Gozo and Comino.
For Maltese travellers, Qatar Airways’ extensive global network of over 170 destinations offers increased connectivity, which will soon be bolstered by a proposed partnership with Virgin Australia.
