UAE’s Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert Upgrades With Villas & Michelin Food
The refurbished award-winning retreat will feature signature villas, Michelin-star restaurants and world-class entertainment.
With an impressive lineup of new offerings that blend the serene desert landscapes with world-class luxury, The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert in Ras Al Khaimah is getting a top-to-bottom revamp at the hands of RAK Hospitality.
The award-winning retreat will introduce exclusive 900 square metre Signature Villas with views of the roaming desert wildlife, and—in a first for Ras Al Khaimah—the globally renowned ZUMA restaurant will host a limited-time pop-up at the resort, treating visitors to its celebrated Japanese izakaya fare, including its iconic miso-marinated black cod, in the heart of the desert. Complementing this, Farmhouse by two-Michelin-starred Chef Syrco Bakker will make its debut, featuring a menu that highlights local ingredients in a rustic setting, designed to immerse diners in the natural beauty of the Al Wadi landscape.
Finally, ‘Seven Wonders’ concert series kicked off with an electrifying performance by internationally acclaimed DJ Armin van Buuren on October 24th, marking the start of a unique music series that brings world-class entertainment to Ras Al Khaimah’s desert setting.
