EgyptAir Will Offer 13 Monthly Flights Between Egypt & China

EgyptAir will operate 13 monthly flights between Egypt and China starting March 2023. The national airline will offer flights from Cairo to three Chinese cities - seven flights to Guangzhou, three to Beijing, and three to Hangzhou.

The first group of Chinese tourists to travel to Egypt since 2020 arrived in Cairo this past weekend. The three-year suspension was implemented as part of a global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused a USD 15 million income drop for multiple Egyptian travel agencies and businesses. At this point in time, over 1,200 Chinese travel agencies are in communication with EgyptAir to plan trips to Egypt.
