Marriott's Moxy Hotels to Open Doors in UAE by 2025

Marriott’s Moxy Hotel is gearing up for a brand makeover before launching in Al Barsha, Dubai, in summer 2025.

Situated just off Sheikh Zayed Road, Moxy Dubai will offer guests access to Al Barsha, a vibrant neighbourhood filled with trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops in addition to the iconic Mall of Emirates.​ Nearby public beaches offer opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities, while business districts such as Dubai Media City and Internet City are just a short drive away.

Moxy Hotels’ introduction in Dubai supports Marriott's strategy to diversify their offerings through targeting budget conscious millennials and Gen Z travellers with a combination of affordability, creativity, comfort, and social connectivity.

This project marks the third partnership between Marriott International and Al Ali Property Investments, building on their earlier successes with the Marriott Executive Apartments and Marriott Hotel Residences.
