Radisson Hotel Group to Open its 10th Property in Saudi’s Riyadh

In a not-so-shocking turn of events, global hotelier Radisson Hotel Group has decided to partner up with Saudi’s own Zamil Group, to make its 10th contribution to the capital city’s skyline with the Radisson Collection Residence in Riyadh.

Slated to open by the end of 2024, this new development will be the first Salmani architectural tower in Saudi Arabia, featuring 170 high-end serviced keys – including eight penthouses and four villas – all designed for both short- and long-term stays and featuring a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of the city.

Situated on King Fahad Road in Al Mutamarat District, the residence is conveniently located near Riyadh’s business sectors, leisure destinations and key government offices like the Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Ministry of Interior.

Currently, Radisson Hotel Group operates 28 hotels across Saudi Arabia, such as Mansard Riyadh and Nofa Riyadh, with 18 more properties under development.
