Red Sea International Airport Opens to Global & Local Travellers
By the end of 2025, the main terminal is expected to be fully operational, and RSI is projected to welcome one million guests annually by 2030.

Red Sea International Airport (RSI) is now handling both domestic and international flights. Terminals 3 and 4 are active for domestic travel, while international passengers are currently processed through a separate Air Taxi Terminal.
Located around 90 km south of Al Wajh, RSI is positioned within a three-hour flight for 250 million people and within eight hours for most of the global population. The terminal design draws on desert, sea, and oasis landscapes, intended to offer a calm and immersive travel setting that reflects the surrounding Red Sea. International seaplane services are also being handled on-site, creating new access routes for remote coastal resorts.
By the end of 2025, the main terminal is expected to be fully operational, and RSI is projected to welcome one million guests annually by 2030.
