TIME Hotels to Open Three New Destinations in Egypt
The projects expand across North Coast, Nweiba, and New Cairo.

UAE-based hospitality brand TIME Hotels has revealed ambitious plans for expansion ahead of their participation in the Arabian Travel Market at the Dubai World Trade Centre. TIME Hotels are aiming to increase their portfolio by 40% with 21 new properties introduced to the markets in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Egypt over the next year.
In Egypt specifically, these plans include a 117-key Marina Hotel & Convention center on the North Coast that is expected to launch in Q2 2022. It will feature three restaurants that range from all-day dining outlets, to sports restaurants and a rooftop lounge, along with a 750 sqm swimming pool, and a 700-person capacity convention center.
Another project that is on the agenda is the 201-key five-star TIME Coral Nuweiba Resorts that will feature five restaurants, a private beach, pool and kids' facilities and is scheduled for opening in Q3 2022. Lastly, the New Capital will be receiving a 216-key TIME Nakheel Deluxe Apartment complex by Q1 2023, totaling the expansion projects to three exciting ventures across the nation.
