The UAE is getting its first Casino in Ras Al Khaimah

Wynn Resorts, an American developer and operator of high-end hotels and casinos, is building the first Emirati casino in Ras Al Khaimah. At a cost of USD 2 billion, the Wynn Marjan is planned to be built as a 18,500 sq m casino on Dream Island, and is due for completion by 2026.

These plans are made as the emirate locks down their own gaming laws, using Singaporean and US regulations as a reference.

The casino will be joined by the 'Wynn Integrated Resort', the only hotel on Dream Island and the first beach resort to be developed by Wynn Resorts in the world. The resort is planned to include over 1,000 rooms, a high-end shopping mall, over ten restaurants and lounges, a meeting and convention facility, and a gaming area.
