The Spiritual Meets High Comfort With Hyatt’s Two New Madinah Options

Conveniently placed near King Abdulaziz International Airport, these new options are set to raise pilgrims’ stay in the city.

Classically opulent and seamlessly ritzy, the Hyatt Hotels Corporation is set to expand its Saudi presence through the creation of two new premium establishments in the Holy City of Madinah. Both set to be hosted in the Knowledge of Economic City (KEC), part of the Kingdom’s efforts in creating a state of the art district within the Holy City, mingling the sacred nature of the ancient city with the winds of change sweeping the desert Kingdom. The Hyatt House KEC and the Hyatt Centric KEC will expand the luxury hotelier’s footprint in the Kingdom through a combined number of 576 new rooms.

The Hyatt Centric KEC as well as the Hyatt House KEC will both be placed within the Al Aliyah district of the new city, which is centrally located close to the Holy Sanctuary and Madinah’s urban centre placing it at the most opportune position for pilgrim and shopper alike. Al Aliyah is also connected to the main highways of the city, conveniently placing it close to King Abdulaziz International Airport as well as Al Haramain High-speed Railway which links the Kingdom’s two holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.

The Hyatt House Madinah KEC and Hyatt Centric Madinah KEC hotels are set to add 576 keys to the group’s portfolio.

Hyatt will be opening two new hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the hospitality group announced last week. The Hyatt-branded hotels will be located in Madinah following management agreements between a Hyatt affiliate and Knowledge Economic City (KEC).

Hyatt House Madinah KEC and Hyatt Centric Madinah KEC will add 576 keys to the group’s portfolio. The properties will feature residential styled rooms offering a “home away from home”.
