845,000 New Hotel Rooms Will Be Built in Saudi Ahead Riyadh Expo 2030

The kingdom is easing accessibility ahead of the Expo in regards to visas, stays and travel.

Nearly one million new hotel rooms are being built across the kingdom over the next seven years in preparation of hosting the 2030 World Expo in Riyadh.

As part of its strategy ahead of the Expo, the kingdom is further facilitating electronic visa issuance, making it available to 59 countries worldwide. Additionally, the recently launched King Salman International Airport in Riyadh will contribute to increasing the city’s travelling capacity.
