Emirates Adds 14 Dubai-Durban Flights for Winter Holiday Season
A temporary second daily service will operate across two one-week periods in December 2026 and January 2027.
Emirates will add 14 flights between Dubai and Durban during the festive season, operating a temporary second daily service across two one-week periods.
The additional flights will run from December 17th to 23rd, 2026 and again from January 2nd to 8th, 2027, adding seven extra rotations in each period. The supplementary service will operate as EK2535 from Dubai to Durban and EK2536 on the return, alongside the airline’s existing daily EK775 and EK776 services. All additional flights will be operated by a three-class Boeing 777.
Emirates has also introduced more flexible booking terms during the period. Passengers travelling to Dubai can make unlimited date changes without fees across all cabins, while tickets to other destinations include one free date change.
The airline’s Hold My Fare service will also allow customers to secure a ticket price for 24 hours at no additional cost, while refund fees have been reduced.
