New Saudi App NUSUK is Simplifying Hajj & Umrah Services for Pilgrims

Millions of Muslim pilgrims around the world gravitate toward Mecca every month to perform their religious rites, which makes basic tasks like acquiring visas, booking accommodations, and exploring the holy sites difficult. Helping to simplify matters, NUSUK is the newly launched Saudi Arabian digital platform and app that will provide more than 121 services to facilitate hajj and umrah services for pilgrims from around the world. 

Named after the Arabic term ‘manasek’, which translates to ‘rites’, the platform offers 75 services to the business sector and 45 to the individual sector. NUSUK has cooperated with over 10,000 entities in the business sector, with linkage to 25 government agencies to provide its services to more than 30 million people.
