Wynn Al Marjan Island Reveals Ultra-Luxury Townhomes With Private Spas

Forget checking into a hotel room and figuring out where to put your suitcase. Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled a new accommodation category that is operating on an entirely different spatial scale: two-level townhomes measuring up to 1,110 square metres, complete with private spas, plunge pools and enough rooms to make getting lost a legitimate possibility.

The new Townhomes sit within Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island’s boutique hotel-within-the-resort, and are designed around the idea of an exceptionally lavish private residence, taking cues from the grand proportions and old-world character of aristocratic Parisian homes. There are just two sizes to choose from: two-bedroom residences spanning 630 square metres and four-bedroom residences reaching a rather staggering 1,110 square metres. That is enough room for a library, billiards salon, media room, private bar and, presumably, a few rooms you forget you have.

And the floor plan for the largest guest accommodations Wynn has ever created anywhere in the world only gets more ambitious from there. Each Townhome comes with its own private wellness area featuring a hammam and tepidarium, while outside, enclosed landscaped courtyards come with multiple plunge pools and dedicated wellness facilities.

If that sounds like enough, the Townhomes are not quite finished showing off. Guests will also have access to a private beachfront, 24-hour butler and culinary services, and private chauffeured transport, meaning you could spend the entire stay moving between increasingly elaborate forms of luxury.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to open in September 2027, but for now, the Townhomes have given us a pretty good preview of what’s to come.
