No more long queues and early morning embassy trips thanks to Dubai’s new online service.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA-Dubai) has launched a new service that allows users to submit documents, complete residency application processes and apply for tourist visas from the comfort of their own homes.
Anyone with a front-facing camera can use Dubai's new video call service to submit documents to GDRFA in five minutes without visiting one of its customer satisfaction service centres.
Customers from within and outside the country can use the service to communicate directly with department staff members. They can also request the service through the website or app of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai.
