Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai is scheduled to open in October 2025 within the twisting Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. The property will feature 259 rooms and suites alongside 224 branded residences, marking the debut of Mandarin Oriental-branded residences in the city.
Designed with a ceramic façade and an airflow-optimised structure, the 64-storey tower will also include a rooftop helipad. Facilities will range from a two-floor spa offering both traditional and advanced treatments, to 10 dining and nightlife venues serving a variety of cuisines.
The project combines luxury hospitality with private residential living, set in Downtown Dubai’s mix of cultural landmarks and modern developments.
