The first property of its kind in the Middle East and one of only six exclusive estates worldwide, Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is now open for bookings ahead of its official and long-awaited opening on May 26th.

Landing on the hospitality scene with the highest rates in the region (higher than any hotel in Dubai!) Nujuma is an integral part of The Red Sea project – one of the Kingdom’s premier luxury regenerative tourism destinations.

Surrounded by the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef system, The Red Sea with its archipelago of more than 90 untouched islands, dormant volcanoes, desert dunes, mountain canyons, and historical sites provides the perfect backdrop for this uber-exclusive resort.

Operated by Marriott, Nujuma will include 63 villas set around a Maldives-style ring over the water, accessible only by chartered boat or seaplane from the newly opened Red Sea International Airport. Situated on a captivating private island, this resort presents one-to-three-bedroom villas designed to harmonise with their environment, featuring shell-inspired structures and interiors adorned with locally sourced art and materials inspired by the natural surroundings.

Crafted to provide a flawless blend of seclusion and immersion in nature, each of the private lodgings boasts panoramic windows, expansive living areas, a sea-view pool, and a telescope for stargazing under Saudi Arabia’s mesmerising night sky.

At Nujuma, dining experiences are elevated with four specialty restaurants offering modern culinary delights – from romantic al fresco dining by the beach to seafood spreads and astrology-inspired cocktails.

Apart from a luxurious Neyrah spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre, the resort will also play host to a conservation house and a comprehensive diving centre, where guests can partake in thrilling water activities that highlight the area’s breathtaking landscapes.
