Nobu Hotel & Residences is Opening in the UAE's Ras Al Khaimah
Expected to open in 2026, the five-star hotel will be able to hold guests across its 165 rooms and suites.
Known for its exquisite Japanese-style minimalism and cuisine, Nobu Hospitality is bringing its famous restaurant, hotel and branded residences to a beachfront plot on Al Marjan Island, the flagship island of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.
Spanning 70,000 square metres, Nobu Al Marjan Island - led by Enevoria Development - will include a Noby hotel, 300 branded luxury residences, and the first Nobu restaurant in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The project will also include a fitness facility, a spa, and a number of swimming pools.
Expected to open in 2026, the five-star hotel will be able to hold guests across its 165 rooms and suites, as well as a Nobu Villa on its roof.
Over the past few years, Ras Al Khaimah has been steadily growing as a tourist destination. In 2022, it welcomed 1.13 million overnight arrivals, marking a 40% increase in international guests and the highest number of visitors on record.
