Palazzo Versace Dubai has introduced what it describes as the hospitality industry’s first fully integrated AI guest and operations system, developed in collaboration with tech company Quantum Neuron. At the centre of the launch is Laura—a fully autonomous digital human designed to manage guest communication while quietly streamlining hotel operations. Unlike traditional chatbots, Laura is built to interact with guests throughout their entire stay, offering real-time assistance with reservations, services, and hotel information across multiple channels. The system adapts to guests’ cultural and linguistic preferences, aiming to make interactions feel more intuitive and personalised. Behind the scenes, Laura also coordinates internal hotel operations, linking departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services through predictive, data-driven automation.
