A swanky new upgrade has arrived at Cairo Airport to join EgyptAir’s aircraft.
EgyptAir has announced the addition of the new A321neo Airbus aircraft to its air fleet. With its impressive size and capacity, the A321neo is EgyptAir’s largest plane yet, representing an upgrade for streamlined global travel to and from the country.
The A321neo is the largest member of Airbus’ best-selling, single-aisle A320 family of aircraft, comfortably seating 180 to 220 passengers in a typical two-class interior layout, and has a range of around 5,600 kilometres at maximum passenger load.
The plane arrived at Cairo International Airport and was welcomed with a celebration attended by Mohamed Abbas Helmy, the Egyptian Minister of Aviation, as well as leading figures at EgyptAir and Cairo Airport.
