Dubai’s skyline isn’t the only thing growing—its hotel scene is too. With over 11,300 new rooms set to open by 2027, the city is gearing up for another wave of expansion. This year alone, 20 new hotels and resorts will welcome guests, adding 4,620 rooms to an already bustling hospitality landscape.
Luxury remains front and center, with nearly 70% of new openings falling into the high-end category. By the end of 2024, Dubai will have 724 hotels and more than 151,000 rooms, catering to the rising number of visitors—18.72 million in 2024 alone.
As new hotels take shape, from beachfront resorts to urban retreats, Dubai continues to evolve as a destination where hospitality meets scale, style, and an ever-growing demand.
