St. Regis to Open First Jeddah Hotel in 2030
Set to open in 2030, the luxury hotel will rise along the city's waterfront with sea views, fine dining, and branded residences.
Marriott International has announced plans to bring its luxury St. Regis brand to Jeddah, with the debut of The St. Regis Jeddah set for 2030.
Developed in partnership with Miyar Capital, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company, and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group, the new property will be housed within the 52-storey U-View Tower along Jeddah’s waterfront, offering sweeping views of the Red Sea.
The hotel will feature 191 guest rooms, suites, and serviced apartments, along with five dining venues, including a signature restaurant and pool lounge. Guests will also have access to wellness facilities, an indoor pool, and over 1,000 square metres of meeting and events space.
In addition to the hotel, the development will include The Residences at The St. Regis Jeddah—92 branded homes with access to exclusive amenities like a resident lounge, children’s area, media room, and library.
