This Is Saudi Arabia’s First All-Inclusive Family & Lifestyle Resort

Rixos Hotels has officially entered Saudi Arabia with the launch of Rixos Obhur Jeddah, the Kingdom’s first all-inclusive family and lifestyle resort.

Located along Obhur Bay, the property introduces Rixos’ “all-inclusive, all-exclusive” philosophy to the Red Sea coast, offering 250 units, including 176 rooms and suites and 74 private villas.

Designed for both families and couples, Rixos Obhur Jeddah features direct Red Sea access, a private beach, a yacht marina, adult and children’s pools, wellness and sports facilities, and live entertainment.

Dining spans three restaurants—including Turquoise (international), Orient (Turkish), and Kapnos (Greek-Mediterranean)—alongside three bars and Âme Beach Club, Jeddah’s first dedicated beach club experience.

Family-friendly amenities include the Rixy Kids Club, the city’s largest, with six activity rooms, an outdoor yard, and a private pool, plus structured programs for kids and teens.

Finally, wellness and fitness offerings include a Turkish hammam, gym, open-air studio, multipurpose and padel courts, and daily fitness sessions.
