May 29, 2025

Starting June 9th, 2025, citizens of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain can travel to China without a visa, thanks to a new year-long policy announced by the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
The visa-free entry applies to ordinary passport holders and allows stays of up to 30 days for tourism, business, family visits, cultural exchange, or transit.
The move completes China’s visa exemption for all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with the UAE and Qatar already included since 2018.
