MSC World Europa Will Be the Most Eco-Friendly Ship in Arabian Gulf
The MSC World Europa will contain a number of never-before-seen features unlike anything at sea today, and is part of MSC Cruises’ wider goal of eliminating carbon emissions entirely.
This winter, MSC Cruises’ most eco-friendly 22 deck ship is said to set sail, making its harbour at the United Arab Emirates. Budding sea travellers will soon be able to board the MSC World Europa and sail the Arabian Gulf in an an-inclusive cruise. The ship runs on one of the cleanest marine fuels available, so eradicate that guilty conscience of yours.
The trip will take you a seven-night journey across the Arabian Gulf, starting in Dubai and Abu Dhabi all the way to Sir Bani Yas Island, Saudi Arabia, Dammam, and Qatar’s capital - Doha. As it remains under construction in France, the mammoth passenger ship can carry 7,000 passengers and 2,626 cabins. With 330 metres in length alone, the ship will host six swimming pools, an aqua park, an 11 deck slide, 13 onboard restaurants, and an indoor walkway.
The MSC World Europa will contain a number of never-before-seen features unlike anything at sea today, and is part of MSC Cruises’ wider goal of eliminating carbon emissions entirely. In following this greener philosophy, the sails will run on liquified natural gas with advanced waste and noise management systems planted beneath the ship.
