As one of the biggest art fairs in the emirate, Abu Dhabi Art is making its grand return to Manarat Al Saadiyat from November 22nd to the 26th, showcasing a captivating blend of seasoned galleries and emerging artists ready to make their mark. This year, with the UAE set to host the COP28 UN Climate Change Conference, the fair will feature a thought-provoking exploration of the artists’ unique relationships with the environment.

Having represented the UAE at the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia in 2022, Emirati artist Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim has been chosen as Abu Dhabi Art’s visual campaign artist this year.

Last year's event featured 80 galleries from 28 countries and displayed over 900 works by 300 artists, representing a slew of narratives and voices. For its 15th edition, this year’s fair will continue to showcase a stunning diversity of genres and mediums. The Modern & Contemporary section will exclusively welcome galleries with a minimum seven-year track record, presenting exceptional artworks from the late 19th century onwards. Special Projects meanwhile will spotlight galleries operational for at least three years, featuring exhibitions with one or two artists, while the Emerge sector will showcase galleries offering works priced below $3,000. Additionally, the Focus sector will include  guest-curated artists, providing an opportunity to explore new perspectives.
