A Motorsport Hotel Overlooking an F1 Circuit Is Coming to Qiddiya City
A hotel tower, residences, and F1-adjacent stays come together within the growing entertainment city near Riyadh.
In Saudi’s Qiddiya City, a new motorsport-focused hotel is taking shape directly beside the destination’s speed circuit, placing future guests within view of the track and close to planned Grand Prix and Formula One venues.
Designed around proximity rather than separation, the project folds sound, movement, and spectacle into the experience itself, rising as a 136-metre tower that anchors 257 hotel rooms and 65 serviced residential apartments across more than 65,000 square metres.
Within that structure, hospitality is broken into three connected layers—an 89-key five-star sports car hotel, a 168-key F1 Overlook hotel, and serviced residences—each oriented toward the circuit, so the view and the action remain the constant reference point rather than a backdrop.
The wider site sits west of Riyadh in the Tuwaiq Mountains, where Qiddiya is being developed as a multi-district destination built around sport, entertainment, and living, with the Motorsport Hotel forming part of a broader hospitality rollout involving Adeera, which will operate several homegrown brands across the city.
