Inside the Middle East's First Kimpton Hotel in Riyadh

The Middle East's very first Kimpton hotel just opened in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), rising 16 floors above the city.

Set inside KAFD—the Kingdom’s “vertical city” of offices, residences, and LEED-certified towers— the new Kimpton KAFD Riyadh brings 212 rooms, an outdoor pool, and a mix of dining spots into Saudi’s most futuristic neighbourhood.

Rooms carry Kimpton’s signature mix of comfort and local detail, with extras like yoga mats and minibars stocked with regional finds.

As for the hotel’s restaurants, they cover every mood: Botanica for social dining, Ziya for pizzas and salads, Kanza for poolside plates, and The Vinyl Ember, where a grill menu meets curated playlists.
