The World’s First Floating Sea Palace Resort is Coming to Dubai
Dubai will be home to the world’s first-ever floating sea palace resort
Kempinski Hotels is launching their newest property in the most literal meaning of the phrase, taking the luxurious Kempinski Floating Palace out to the waters of Dubai. Designed to be a one-of-a-kind experience, the Kempinski Floating Palace will come with 156 rooms and suites, and will be flanked by 12 floating luxury villas.
Guests will arrive by boat at the yacht parking deck with space for up to 16 vessels, or fly in and land at the floating helipad nearby.
The main building of the Kempinski Floating Palace will be divided into four sections and connected in the middle by a glass pyramid, offering all of the amenities of a 5-star hotel, including exclusive gourmet restaurants, bars, spas, pools, boutiques and banquet areas. And unlike a typical 5-star hotel, you will be able to sail your yacht in and out through the centre of the hotel. You’re out at sea after all.
The 12 villas are equipped with solar panels and are designed to be environmentally friendly, cruising at a maximum speed of six nautical miles. The luxury houseboats have wide panoramic windows and all the technological prowess of a smart home.
The resort is positioned to be highly sought after by luxury travellers and residents alike for its dynamic location and bustling F&B scene, since it is located near one of Dubai's most exclusive beach stretches on Jumeirah Beach Road.
