EgyptAir Resumes Direct Flights From Cairo to Tokyo

Just as international capital-to-capital flights are on the rise from Cairo International Airport or Sphinx International Airport, EgyptAir is resuming direct flights from Cairo to Tokyo, Japan in September.

The decision to restart weekly flights to Tokyo is part of a greater economic partnership between the governments of Japan and Egypt. The plan covers various areas of cooperation including the transformation of Egyptian airports to be more environmentally friendly, such as the green terminal project at Borg El Arab Airport.
